I was so relieved with how well the data worked. The speed was great every time I used it, and it made the whole experience feel super smooth and stress-free.

As someone who doesn’t love dealing with account renewals, I was relieved this was so easy. The top-up worked without any issues, and the renewal went through quickly.

It worked fine at first, but then the connection started dropping every few minutes... super annoying!! I had to keep restarting my phone over and over, which got old really fast. It’s not totally useless or anything, but for travel??? Way too unreliable for me.

Bought the plan. Then found out my phone wasn’t supported. Support page didn’t help much. Frustrating. Wasted my time.

I tried using the knowroaming app before a trip, i’m not sure if it was just me, but it was really frustrating. It took ages to load, some buttons didn’t seem to do anything, and I kept getting sent back to the login screen. I also had a hard time figuring out what plan I even had. Maybe it works better for others, but for me it just felt like more hassle than it was worth.

The service was fine when it actually worked, but getting help was a whole different story. I waited days for a basic response and then had to follow up again, which felt ridiculous when I was traveling and needed help quickly. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but definitely not what I expected.

I did eventually get it working, but the setup instructions were confusing. A few steps felt like they were missing, so I had to guess my way through parts of it. For something I’m paying for and might need while traveling, I really expected the setup to be easier and more straightforward.

The coverage was okay overall, sometimes it worked fine and I didn’t really think about it, but then other times it would randomly be weak or drop out and it got a little annoying especially when I expected it to be better.

I liked that the plans were flexible and easy to find one that fit what I needed. It didn’t feel complicated, which was nice.

It was simple enough to track my data, and the usage info showed up fine. It wasn’t always instant, but overall it did what I needed without much fuss.

A friend recommended this for roaming, and it was okay overall. It worked well when I was in the city, but once I got outside urban areas, the coverage started dropping a lot. Fine if you’re mostly staying in town, but I wouldn’t rely on it for rural travel...

I had the eSIM activated in maybe 5 minutes or so, and I didn’t run into any issues. Straightforward and hassle-free

I used KnowRoaming while traveling because I mostly needed hotspot from my phone, the connection itself worked fine.

Tethering didn’t take any setup or messing around. My laptop connected right away, and it stayed stable in cafes and on the train, so no real complaints there.

That said, I did feel a little misled at first because I wasn’t totally sure from the plan details whether hotspot was included. Support answered quickly and gave me a straight answer, which helped, but I wish that had been clearer upfront.

I ended up paying more than I thought I would, and the data seemed to run out quickly. For just a short trip, it didn’t really feel worth it to me.

I had an issue with my plan and ended up asking for a refund. To be fair, they did refund me, but in my case it took a few more days than I was expecting. Support was fine overall, just a little slower than I personally would’ve liked
